We provide all customers, (minimum of 15 – 50 users) ongoing Customer Support via our in-app ticketing system, available Monday through Friday 6 a.m.- 6 p.m. ET.
With a minimum $6,000 contract you will also be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
